You can also get involved on the choice of lighting, irrigation systems, decking and additional planting.

    POOL OPTIONS

    Every home will feature a pool - integrated into the house design. So the cool, sparkling waters will be visible just outside your living area. You can, of course, opt out of having a pool, reducing the purchase price. Additional paving and planters will be used to fill the space instead.
